As a way of saying thanks we are giving away a home makeover to one resident in each of our regions.
The makeover will be comprised of exterior work only and be completed by Lakeshore staff, as well as some of our valued vendors.

* Terms:
- No purchase necessary
- Must be 21 years or older to enter
- One entry per household (You may enter yourself and as well as nominate someone)
- Must own your home and be a current resident in a Lakeshore community
- Must be in good standing within the community at the time of entry, as well as, the time of makeover (current on all fees, if on hardship plan, must be current with payments)
- You may nominate yourself and/or someone else
- There will be one winner chosen from each of our regions.
- All qualified entries will be reviewed by a committee!
